This blog has grown out of my online artwork 'Mother to Mother' (www.mother-mother.com), made in collaboratiion with women across the world (starting in East Greenwich, UK). It is a space to articulate at more length what led up to and what happened during the project and what's come from it since it launched. It's inspired by my own transition into motherhood soon after losing my own mother.
